Setup

1. Charge the Massager: Before first use, fully charge both compression boots using the provided USB-C dual output charging cable. Each boot has a 3000mAh battery.
2. Put on the Massager: Unfold the compression boots and slide your legs into them. Ensure your feet are comfortably positioned.
3. Adjust the Size: Use the Velcro closures to adjust the fit of the boots around your feet, calves, and thighs. Ensure a snug but comfortable fit. The upgraded design with Velcro closures makes it much easier to put on and take off.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the control unit of each boot to turn it on or off. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Select Mode: Press the 'M' button to cycle through the 3 available massage modes. Each mode offers a different compression pattern (e.g., sequential, circulation).
3. Adjust Intensity: Press the 'Intensity' button (up arrow icon) to select from 3 intensity levels. Start with the lowest level and gradually increase to your comfort.
4. Begin Massage: The massager will automatically begin its cycle based on the selected mode and intensity.
5. Recommended Usage: Use the massager for 20-30 minutes per day. The device features a 20-minute auto-off function to prevent excessive muscle massage. You can restart it to continue use.
6. Independent Operation: Each boot can be used independently, allowing for customized treatment for each leg or shared use.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the charger and allow sufficient time for charging.
