Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the iDiskk Cell Phone Lock Box. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and a compatible power adapter. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

Inserting Your Phone

Open the lid of the lock box. Place your smartphone inside. The box is designed to fit most phones, including larger models such as iPhone 6/7/8 Plus, 10/11 Max, and Samsung S, Note, or Ultra series. For optimal fit, it is recommended to remove any bulky phone cases.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Timer

1. Press the power button to activate the digital display.
2. Use the 'Hour' and 'Minute' adjustment buttons to set your desired lock duration. The timer can be set from 1 minute up to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
3. Once the time is set, press the 'Lock' button. A 10-second countdown will begin.
4. During the 10-second countdown, you have the option to cancel the lock. After the countdown, the box will securely lock your phone for the set duration.

Locking Modes

• Half Lock: Place your phone with the screen facing the transparent cover. This mode allows for limited interaction, such as viewing notifications or receiving calls through the designated slots.
• Full Lock: Place your phone with the back cover facing the transparent cover. This mode provides maximum restriction, preventing visual access to the screen.

Emergency Access

The functional slots on the transparent cover are designed to ensure you don't miss important communications. You can receive calls and messages, and also recharge your phone using compatible cables connected through these slots, even when the device is locked.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the iDiskk Cell Phone Lock Box, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface or electronic components.

Battery Care

Recharge the device regularly to maintain optimal battery life and ensure consistent functionality. Avoid leaving the device with a completely depleted battery for extended periods, as this can affect battery longevity.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Powering On

• Ensure the device is adequately charged. Connect it to a power source using the provided Type-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.
• Verify that the charging cable and power adapter are functioning correctly.

Phone Not Fitting Inside

• Check your phone's dimensions against the internal product size: 183 x 87 x 18 mm.

Emergency Unlock Limit

The device has a limited number of emergency unlocks. Use these judiciously. There is no known method to reset this counter once the limit is reached.
