2. Product Components

3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your Diydeg Crane Remote Control System.
3.1. Remote Control Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the 12-button remote control.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two (2) AA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity. (Note: Batteries are not included and must be supplied by the user.)
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2. Controller Receiver Connections
The 12-channel wireless controller receiver requires power and connection to the load. Ensure all connections are made with power disconnected to prevent electrical hazards.
- Antenna Connection: Connect the 433M SMA Antenna to the SMA antenna interface on the receiver.
- Power Connection: Connect a DC 12V or 24V power supply to the VCC and GND terminals of the receiver. The power interface is typically a DC5.5x2.1 connector.
- Load Connection: Connect your industrial load (e.g., crane motor, relay) to the appropriate output terminals (NC1-NC12, COM1-COM12, NO1-NO12). The receiver supports a load power of DC 1-110V or AC 85-265V. Refer to the wiring diagram for specific load connections.

3.3. Pairing and Learning Keys
The system uses rolling code coding and decoding for secure operation. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your unit for pairing the remote control with the receiver using the "Learning keys (KEY)" button on the controller.
4. Operating Instructions
Once the system is set up and powered, you can begin operating the connected device using the remote control.
4.1. Remote Control Functions
- The remote control features 12 distinct buttons, each corresponding to a channel on the receiver.
- Pressing a button on the remote will activate the corresponding output on the receiver, controlling the connected load.
- The system supports 8 working modes, including instantaneous, self-locking, interlocking, and combinations of self-locking and instantaneous. The specific mode configuration will determine how the buttons interact with the outputs (e.g., momentary contact, toggle, or interlocked operation). Consult your system's configuration guide for details on setting these modes.

4.2. Using the Magnetic Key
The remote control includes a magnetic key. This key is typically used as a safety feature or to enable/disable the remote's operation. Snap on the magnetic key when in use to activate the remote, and remove it to disable or power off the remote, preventing accidental operation.
4.3. Operational Range
The system offers a remote control distance of up to 500 meters in open spaces. Environmental factors such as obstacles, electromagnetic interference, and weather conditions can affect the actual operational range.

5. Maintenance

- Battery Replacement: Replace the remote control batteries promptly when performance degrades or the indicator light (if present) signals low battery. Always use fresh AA 1.5V batteries.
