1. Important Safety Information
Please read and understand all instructions before assembling and using this bunk bed. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Maximum Weight Capacity: Each bed (upper, middle, lower) is designed to support a maximum weight of 120 kg. Do not exceed this limit.
- Upper Bunk Safety: The upper bunk is equipped with high guardrails to ensure safety. Do not allow children to play on the upper bunk.
- Mattress Thickness: Ensure the mattress used on the upper bunk is not too thick, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the guardrails. A mattress thickness of approximately 13 cm is recommended for the upper bunk to maintain adequate guardrail height.
- Ladder Use: Always use the provided ladder for accessing and exiting the upper bunk. Ensure the ladder is securely attached before use.
- Ventilation: Upon delivery, it is recommended to air out the product for a few days to dissipate any residual odors from the environmentally friendly and safe paint.
- Structural Integrity: Regularly check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Do not use the bed if any components are loose or damaged.

- Ventilation: Ensure adequate air circulation around the bed, especially if placed against a wall, to prevent moisture buildup.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your bunk bed, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Squeaking Noises: If the bed makes squeaking noises, check all bolts and screws. Tighten any that are loose. Ensure the bed is on a level surface.
- Unstable Structure: If the bed feels wobbly, re-check all connections and ensure they are fully tightened. Verify that all components are correctly assembled according to the instructions.
- Damaged Slats: While the slats are designed for support, excessive force or improper mattress placement can cause damage. If a slat is cracked or broken, it should be replaced immediately to ensure safety and proper mattress support. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
- Upper Bunk Guardrail Height: If the guardrail on the upper bunk appears too low, check the thickness of your mattress. Ensure it adheres to the recommended maximum thickness (approx. 13 cm) to maintain adequate safety height.
