Introduction

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headset using the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headset's charging port and the USB-A end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 30 hours of battery life.

2.4GHz Wireless Connection (PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, Switch Docked)

1. Insert the USB-A wireless dongle into an available USB port on your PC, PlayStation console, Mac, or Nintendo Switch dock.
2. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power Button until the indicator light illuminates.
3. The headset should automatically connect to the dongle. The indicator light will show a steady blue when connected.

Bluetooth 5.2 Connection (Phones, Tablets)

1. Ensure the headset is powered on.
2. Press and hold the "M" (Mode) button for 3 seconds to switch from dongle mode to Bluetooth mode. The indicator light will flash blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your phone or tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Picun PG-01" from the available devices.
4. Once connected, the indicator light will show a steady blue.

3.5mm Wired Connection (Xbox Series, other devices)

For devices that do not support wireless connectivity or for a wired audio experience, use the provided 3.5mm audio cable.

1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm audio port.
2. Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device (e.g., Xbox controller, PC audio port).
3. The headset will function in wired mode, and battery power is not required for basic audio.

Operating the Headset

Controls Overview

The headset features intuitive controls located on the left earcup:

• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off.
• "M" (Mode) Button: Press to switch between 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth modes.
• Volume Wheel: Scroll up to increase volume, scroll down to decrease volume.
• Mic Mute Button: Press to mute/unmute the microphone.

Microphone Usage

The headset is equipped with a broadcast-grade omnidirectional microphone with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology for clear voice capture. Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain the headset's condition, wipe the earcups and headband with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging port and 3.5mm jack are free from dust and debris.

Storage

Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The earcups can rotate for flatter storage, making it convenient for travel or packing.

Troubleshooting

• No Sound/Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure the headset is powered on and fully charged.
  • For 2.4GHz wireless, verify the USB dongle is securely plugged into the device and the headset is in dongle mode (indicated by the "M" button).
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing blue light) and selected in your device's Bluetooth settings.
  • For wired connection, confirm the 3.5mm audio cable is fully inserted into both the headset and the device.
  • Check the volume wheel on the headset and your device's volume settings.
• Microphone Not Working:
