  1. Connect Air Hose: Connect the main air hose to the control unit. Ensure a secure connection.
  2. Connect Sleeves: Attach the hoses from the massage sleeves to the main air hose. Both sleeves must be connected for the system to operate correctly.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the control unit and then into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Wear Sleeves: Zip up the recovery boots and place them on your legs. Ensure they fit snugly but comfortably.

It is recommended to use both sleeves simultaneously for optimal results, even if only one leg requires treatment. The unused sleeve will inflate/deflate along with the used one.

5. Operating Instructions

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your QUINEAR system:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the control unit and sleeves with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse any part of the device in water.
  • Storage: Store the device in its portable storage bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Hose Care: Ensure the air hoses are not kinked or pinched during storage or use, as this can affect performance.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your QUINEAR Air Compression Recovery System, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the control unit and a working electrical outlet.
  • No Compression or Weak Compression:
    • Verify that both massage sleeves are properly connected to the air hose and the air hose is securely connected to the control unit.
    • Check that the sleeves are fully zipped and sealed.
    • Ensure the selected intensity level is appropriate.
  • "0 mmHg" Displayed on First Use: This is a normal "warming up" process. The pressure sensor takes approximately two minutes to sense the pressure when first activated. The reading will reappear after this initial period.
  • Control Unit Makes Sound: A low sound from the control unit is normal. This is the working air pump continuously providing air to the airbags in the sleeves.
  • Discomfort at Lowest Setting: If you experience discomfort even at the lowest intensity setting, stop using the device and consult a medical professional.
