4. Setup

Device stops rocking unexpectedly:

The Rockit has a 60-minute automatic shut-off feature. If it stops after approximately one hour, this is normal operation. Simply press the power button again to restart the cycle if needed.

Device is not charging:

Verify that you are using the included USB charging cable and a compatible 5V/1A charging block. Fast chargers, high AMP charging blocks, and Apple USB-C cables are not compatible and will not charge the device correctly.
