Setup
Initial Setup Steps
- Prepare the Charging Base: Place the charging base against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (1 meter) of clear space in front of the base and 1.5 feet (0.5 meters) on either side. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and a wall outlet.
- Install Side Brushes: Press the side brushes onto the posts at the bottom of the RoboVac until they click into place.
- Charge the RoboVac: Place the RoboVac on the charging base. The indicator lights will show charging status. Ensure it is fully charged before first use.
- Download the eufyHome App: Search for "eufyHome" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and download the app.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: The RoboVac requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4 GHz network during setup. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your RoboVac to your home Wi-Fi.

Operating Instructions
The eufy RoboVac G30 Edge offers various cleaning modes and smart features for optimal cleaning.
Control Buttons on RoboVac
- Start/Pause Button: Press to start or pause cleaning.
- Home Button: Press to send the RoboVac back to the charging base.
- Spot Cleaning Button: Press to initiate spot cleaning for a concentrated area.
eufyHome App Controls
The eufyHome app provides comprehensive control over your RoboVac:
- Start/Stop Cleaning: Initiate or stop cleaning cycles.
- Select Cleaning Modes: Choose from various modes like Auto, Spot, Edge, or Manual cleaning.

Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your RoboVac, regular maintenance is essential. Perform these steps as needed or as indicated by the app.
Dust Collector and Filter
- Empty the Dust Collector: Press the release button to remove the dust collector. Open the dust collector cover and empty its contents into a trash bin.
- Clean the Filter: Remove the high-performance filter and foam filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Use the cleaning tool to brush off any remaining debris. Do not wash the high-performance filter with water.
- Reinstall: Place the filters back into the dust collector and reinsert the dust collector into the RoboVac.
Side Brushes
Check the side brushes regularly for tangled hair or debris. Pull them off to clean and reattach. Replace if worn or damaged.
Rolling Brush
Remove the rolling brush cover and lift out the rolling brush. Use the cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush. Reinstall the rolling brush and cover.
Sensors and Charging Pins
Wipe the drop sensors, charging contact pins on the RoboVac, and charging base pins with a dry cloth to maintain good contact and prevent malfunctions.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your RoboVac, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
RoboVac does not turn on or charge.
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the charging base and a functional wall outlet.
- Check if the charging pins on the RoboVac and charging base are clean and making proper contact.
- Verify the main power switch on the side of the RoboVac is in the "ON" position.
RoboVac gets stuck frequently.
- Use the provided boundary strips to block off areas where the RoboVac might get stuck (e.g., very thick carpets, areas with many loose cables).
- Clear wires, cables, and small objects from the floor before cleaning.
- Ensure the drop sensors are clean and free of debris.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
- Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The RoboVac does not support 5 GHz networks.
- Ensure your mobile device is connected to the 2.4 GHz network during the setup process.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and try connecting again.
- Move the RoboVac closer to your Wi-Fi router to improve signal strength.
