5. Setup
5.1 Physical Installation

- Desktop Placement: Place the camera on a stable, flat surface.
- Tripod Mounting: Attach the camera to a standard tripod using the tripod screw hole at the base.
- Wall Mounting: Use the provided wall mount bracket and hardware to secure the camera to a wall. Ensure the wall can support the camera's weight.
- Ceiling Mounting: The camera can be inverted and mounted to the ceiling using the provided bracket. Adjust image settings (flip/mirror) via the Web UI or remote control if mounted inverted.

5.2 Connectivity
The camera offers multiple output interfaces for flexible integration:
- USB 3.0: Connect the camera directly to a computer using the supplied USB 3.0 cable for video output and control.
- HDMI: Connect to a display, capture card, or video switcher for high-quality video output.
- RJ45 (PoE): Connect to a network switch that supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for power, video streaming (IP), and control via a single Ethernet cable. This port also supports standard LAN connections for IP streaming and control without PoE, requiring a separate power adapter.
- RS232/RS485: For serial control using a joystick controller or other control systems.

5.3 Powering On
After connecting the necessary cables (power, video output), the camera will perform a self-test, indicated by its pan and tilt movements. Once complete, the camera is ready for operation.

6.1 Basic PTZ Control
The camera's pan, tilt, and zoom functions can be controlled using the included IR remote control or via a web-based user interface (Web UI).
- Pan: Rotate the camera horizontally up to 350° (±175°).
