4. Setup Guide

4.1 Initial Setup

1. Power On: Connect the camera to a power outlet using the provided power cable and charging head. The camera will power on automatically.
2. Download the App: Search for the 'blurams' app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install it on your smartphone.
3. Create Account: Open the blurams app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account or log in if you already have one.
4. Add Device: In the app, tap the '+' icon to add a new device. Select your camera model (A31) and follow the pairing instructions. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note: The camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. 5GHz networks are not supported.
5. Placement: Position the camera in your desired indoor location. The mounting kit can be used for ceiling installation if preferred.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 360° Panoramic View & 2K Video Quality

The camera offers a 360° horizontal rotation and 95° vertical movement, allowing you to monitor the entire room. The 2K resolution ensures clear and detailed video capture, day or night, even in low-light conditions with its IR-cut night vision feature.

5.2 Smart AI Detection & Instant Alerts

The camera automatically tracks movement when detected. You will receive instant alerts on your phone if human motion, general motion, or abnormal sounds are detected. The camera automatically records an alert video to the cloud.

5.3 Two-Way Audio

The built-in two-way audio feature allows you to communicate with individuals or pets in the camera's vicinity from anywhere, at any time, directly through the blurams app.

5.4 Flexible Storage Options

The camera supports 24/7 Continuous Video Recording (CVR) to the cloud, preventing the risk of losing footage from a memory card. It also supports local storage via a microSD card up to 128GB (not included). You can quickly search for specific events based on time, event type, or camera name.

5.5 Smart Integration

The blurams camera is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to view live streams using simple voice commands on compatible devices with a screen. It also works with IFTTT, enabling connection with various smart devices for enhanced home automation.

6. Troubleshooting

• Camera cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks. Check your Wi-Fi password and signal strength.
• Slow camera response/lagging video: This may indicate a weak Wi-Fi signal. Try moving the camera closer to your Wi-Fi router or reducing interference from other devices.
• Receiving too many alerts: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings within the blurams app. You can also define specific detection zones to reduce unnecessary alerts.
• Two-way audio quality is poor: Ensure there is no significant background noise near the camera or your smartphone. Check your internet connection speed.
• Night vision is unclear: Ensure there are no reflective surfaces directly in front of the camera that could interfere with the infrared light.
