3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Placement
For optimal viewing, place the WANBO T4 projector within 4.5ft-20.6ft of the projection surface. The ideal projection size ranges from 40 to 200 inches. To calculate the required distance for a specific screen size, use the throw ratio of 1.2:1:
Projector Distance (from screen) = Projection Size (diagonal) x Throw Ratio
For example, for a 100-inch screen, the projector should be placed approximately 120 inches (100 x 1.2) away from the screen.

3.3 Initial Boot and Adjustments
The WANBO T4 features AI Auto-Focus and Auto-Keystone Correction for quick setup:
- Auto-Focus: The projector automatically adjusts the image clarity upon startup or movement.
- Auto-Keystone Correction: The projector automatically corrects the image shape for a rectangular display, even when projected at an angle. Note that horizontal keystone correction may require manual adjustment in settings if the projector is placed significantly off-center horizontally.

5.2 General Care
- Keep the projector in a clean, dry environment.
- Avoid blocking ventilation ports to ensure proper cooling.
- Clean the lens gently with a soft, lint-free cloth designed for optical surfaces.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your WANBO T4 projector, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Image/Poor Image Quality:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
- Check the input source (HDMI, USB, etc.) is correctly selected.
- Verify the projection surface is suitable (flat, light-colored).
- Allow auto-focus and auto-keystone correction to complete. If the image is still blurry or distorted, manually adjust focus and keystone in the settings menu.
- Ensure the room is sufficiently dark for optimal brightness and contrast.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume level on the projector and any connected audio devices.
- Verify that external audio devices are correctly connected via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm jack.
- If using an external streaming device (e.g., Fire TV Stick), ensure its audio output is correctly configured.
- Projector Shuts Down Abruptly:
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the projector to prevent overheating. Clear any obstructions from the air vents.
- If an "internal fan error" message appears, contact customer support.
- Remote Control Not Responding:
- Check and replace the batteries in the remote control.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the projector.
