Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Urbanista Phoenix earbuds and charging case. You can charge the case via the included USB-C cable or by placing it in direct or indirect light to utilize the Powerfoyle solar charging feature.

• USB-C Charging: Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status.
• Solar Charging: Place the charging case with the Powerfoyle panel facing a light source (sunlight or indoor light). The case will continuously charge, extending battery life.

Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case lid is open.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "Urbanista Phoenix" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the LED indicator on the case will confirm successful pairing.

For multipoint connection, pair the earbuds with the first device, then disconnect. Pair with the second device. Reconnect to the first device, and the earbuds should now be connected to both.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode

Earbuds Not Pairing/Connecting

• Place both earbuds in the charging case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then open to reset.

No Sound or Low Volume

• Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
• Clean any debris from the earbud mesh.

Charging Issues

• USB-C: Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter. Ensure the cable is fully inserted.
