Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To turn on the scale, press the ON/OFF button. The display will show "88888" and then "0.000g".
- To turn off the scale, press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds. The scale also features an auto-off function to save battery power.
Unit Conversion
The scale supports 6 different weighing units: grams (g), ounces (oz), troy ounces (ozt), pennyweights (dwt), carats (ct), and grains (gn).
- With the scale on, press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the available units.
- The selected unit will be displayed on the LCD.

Tare Function
The tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so you only measure the net weight of its contents.
- Place an empty container on the weighing platform.
- Press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.000g".
- Add the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the weight of the items.

Calibration
For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to calibrate the scale regularly, especially after moving it or if you suspect inaccurate readings. Use the included 20g calibration weight.
- Press the ON/OFF button to turn the scale on.
- Press and hold the MODE button until the display shows "CAL".
- Place the 20g calibration weight precisely on the center of the weighing platform.
- The LCD display will then show "PASS" indicating successful calibration. Remove the weight.
