1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation of your SHEHDS 19x20W Moving Head LED Stage Light. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and retain it for future reference. This professional stage light is designed to deliver versatile lighting effects for various events, including clubs, weddings, parties, and theatrical productions.

2. Safety Instructions

• Electrical Safety: Always connect the fixture to a grounded power outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the product's specifications (120V AC). Disconnect power before any service or maintenance.
• Installation: Install the fixture in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Ensure secure mounting using appropriate clamps and safety cables. Do not block ventilation openings.
• Operation: Do not look directly into the light source when the fixture is operating. Avoid direct exposure to the beam. Keep flammable materials away from the fixture.
• Maintenance: Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Clean the lenses and exterior regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• Environment: This fixture is designed for indoor use only. Avoid exposure to rain, moisture, or extreme temperatures.

4. Package Contents

Upon opening the package, please verify that all items listed below are present and in good condition:

5. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the fixture and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
2. Mounting: Securely mount the fixture using the provided quick locks to a truss or appropriate mounting surface. Ensure the mounting point can support the weight of the fixture (39.4 pounds / 17.87 kg). Always use a safety cable as a secondary attachment.
3. Power Connection: Connect the provided power cable to the fixture's power input and then to a grounded 120V AC power outlet.
4. DMX Connection (Optional): If using DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller's output to the fixture's DMX input. For multiple fixtures, daisy-chain them using DMX cables from the output of one fixture to the input of the next.

6. Operating Modes

The SHEHDS Moving Head LED Stage Light offers several operating modes to suit various applications:

• CTO Mode (Color Temperature Adjustment): Allows precise adjustment of the color temperature from 2800K to 8500K.
• AUTO Mode: The fixture runs through pre-programmed dynamic effects with customizable change speeds.
• MANUAL Mode: Provides static effects and customizable color effects, allowing direct control over individual parameters.
• Sound Activated Mode: The light reacts to sound and music, creating dynamic effects synchronized with audio.
• DMX Control Mode: Offers professional control via a DMX controller. The fixture supports 23, 25, or 101 DMX channels, providing extensive control over all features. Refer to the DMX chart in the full manual for detailed channel assignments.

To select a mode, use the control panel on the base of the fixture. After setting the DMX address, press the OK key; the original DMX address will be retained even after shutdown and restart.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your stage light:

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the lenses and the exterior casing with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild glass cleaner applied to the cloth, not directly to the lens.
• Ventilation: Ensure that the cooling vents are free from dust and debris. Use compressed air to clear any blockages.
• Inspection: Regularly check all cables, connections, and mounting hardware for signs of wear or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately.
• Storage: When not in use, store the fixture in a dry, dust-free environment, preferably in its original packaging or a protective case.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SHEHDS Moving Head LED Stage Light, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• No Power:
  • Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the fixture and the power outlet.
  • Verify that the power outlet is active.
  • Check the fuse on the fixture (if accessible and user-replaceable).
• No Light Output:
  • Ensure the fixture is receiving power and is turned on.
  • If using DMX, check DMX signal and address settings. Ensure the DMX cable is not faulty.
  • Confirm that the selected operating mode is not set to a 'blackout' or 'off' state.
• Fixture Not Responding to DMX:
  • Verify the DMX address setting on the fixture matches your controller.
  • Check DMX cable connections and ensure they are not reversed (input to output, output to input).
  • Try a different DMX cable.
  • Ensure the DMX controller is functioning correctly.
• Abnormal Noise:
  • Check for any loose components inside the fixture. (Note: As per customer review, internal loose parts can occur. If suspected, contact support.)
  • Ensure the cooling fans are not obstructed.
