Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Coffee Maker Not Brewing | Ensure the water reservoir is filled and properly seated. Check if the handle is fully lowered and the K-Cup pod is correctly inserted. Verify the power cord is securely plugged in. |
| "ADD WATER" Light On After Filling | Ensure the water reservoir is pushed all the way down into its base. The float inside the reservoir might be stuck; gently shake the reservoir to free it. |
| Coffee Tastes Weak or Watery | Try a smaller brew size for a stronger cup. Ensure the K-Cup pod is not expired. Consider using a "Strong Brew" K-Cup pod if available. |
| Coffee Maker Leaking | Check if the drip tray is correctly positioned. Ensure the water reservoir is not overfilled and is seated properly. Inspect the K-Cup pod for damage before inserting. |
| "DESCALE" Light On | Perform a descaling procedure as outlined in the full user manual. This removes mineral buildup that can affect performance. |
