Maintenance
- Hair Care: To maintain the doll's hair quality, gently comb it regularly. For minor tangles, use a wide-tooth comb and detangling spray. Avoid harsh chemicals or heat styling.
- Cleaning: Wipe the doll's body and plastic accessories with a soft, damp cloth. For clothing, hand wash gently with mild soap and air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Storage: Store the doll and accessories in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent discoloration or damage.
Troubleshooting
- Tangled Hair: If the doll's hair becomes severely tangled, apply a small amount of conditioner mixed with water, gently comb through from ends to roots, then rinse and air dry.
- Loose Joints: While rare, if a joint becomes loose, gentle manipulation may help. Avoid forcing joints beyond their natural range of motion.
- Missing Accessories: Check all packaging thoroughly. If an item is genuinely missing, refer to the Warranty & Support section.
