If operating in high lime areas, periodic descaling is necessary. The BrewLOGIC technology helps manage this, but manual descaling may still be required. Refer to the full product manual for detailed descaling procedures using appropriate descaling solutions. The built-in tank drain facilitates this process.
6. Troubleshooting
The BUNN Axiom DV-3 is equipped with electronic diagnostics to assist in identifying and resolving operational issues. If a problem occurs, check the LCD display for error codes or messages.
- No Water Flow: Check water line connection and ensure water supply is on. Verify the tank is filling.
- Coffee Not Hot Enough: Ensure warmers are activated and the tank temperature is set correctly via BrewWIZARD.
- Inconsistent Brew Levels: If in a high lime area, BrewLOGIC should compensate. If issues persist, descaling may be required.
- Error Messages: Consult the comprehensive product manual for specific error code interpretations and recommended actions.
For issues not resolved by basic troubleshooting, contact customer support or a certified service technician.
