2. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using an electrical appliance:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with a damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
  • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.

  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.

  • Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.
  • Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance.
  • Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.

5. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Redkey P9 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner:

  1. Attach the Extension Wand: Insert the telescopic extension wand into the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the electric floor brush to the other end of the extension wand, ensuring it locks firmly.
  3. Install the Battery: Slide the removable battery pack into the designated slot on the main motor unit until it clicks.
  4. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the battery. Refer to the 'Battery Information' section for charging methods.
  5. Attach Accessories: For handheld use or specific tasks, detach the extension wand and attach desired accessories (e.g., crevice tool, 2-in-1 brush) directly to the main motor unit.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.

6.2 Adjusting Suction Modes

The Redkey P9 offers three suction levels to suit various cleaning needs:

  • Low Mode (15000 Pa): Ideal for daily cleaning and light dust. Provides approximately 60 minutes of runtime.
  • Medium Mode (20000 Pa): Suitable for general dirt and debris. Provides approximately 25 minutes of runtime.
  • High Mode (30000 Pa): For deep cleaning, stubborn dirt, and pet hair. Provides approximately 15 minutes of runtime.

Press the mode button on the main unit to cycle through the suction levels.

6.3 Using the LED Brush Head

The 8-in-1 design allows for versatile cleaning:

  • Use the Crevice Tool for narrow gaps, edges, and corners.
  • The 2-in-1 Brush Tool is suitable for delicate surfaces, keyboards, and car interiors.

7. Battery Information

7.1 Charging the Battery

The Redkey P9 offers two convenient charging methods:

  • Direct Charging: Connect the power adapter directly to the charging port on the main motor unit while the battery is installed.
  • Separate Charging: Remove the battery pack from the main unit and connect the power adapter directly to the battery for charging. This allows for flexible charging options.

7.2 Battery Indicator

The main unit features an LED battery indicator that displays the current charge level and selected power mode (ECO, MID, MAX). Ensure the battery is fully charged before each use for optimal performance.

8. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Redkey P9 vacuum cleaner.

8.1 Emptying the Dust Bin

Empty the dust bin regularly, especially when the MAX line is reached, to maintain strong suction power. Press the dustbin release button and empty contents into a waste bin.

8.2 Cleaning Filters

The Redkey P9 features a 5-layer filtration system, including a washable HEPA filter and a metal filter. Clean these filters regularly:

  1. Remove the dust bin from the main unit.
  2. Separate the metal filter and HEPA filter from the dust bin.
  3. Rinse both filters under running water until clean. Do not use detergent.
  4. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Ensure they are completely dry to prevent damage to the motor.
  5. The vacuum also includes an additional HEPA filter at the motor's air outlet for enhanced air purification. This filter should also be checked and cleaned as needed.

8.3 Cleaning the Brush Head

Periodically check the electric floor brush for tangled hair or debris. Use scissors to cut away any tangled hair and remove it. Ensure the brush roll spins freely.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Redkey P9, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
