4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Lightly touch the power button (U) to turn on the scale. The hidden LED display will illuminate.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button (U) for 3 seconds to turn off the scale. The scale will automatically power off after 180 seconds of inactivity (15 minutes if the timer is running).

5.2 Tare Function

• Place an empty container on the weighing platform.
• Press the tare button (T) to reset the display to zero. You can now add ingredients, and only their weight will be measured.

5.3 Timer Function

• Press the timer button (O) to start the timer.
• Press the timer button (O) again to pause/resume the timer.
• Press and hold the timer button (O) for 3 seconds to reset the timer to zero.

5.4 Flow Rate Measurement

• When the scale is in weighing mode and the timer is active, the display will show the current flow rate (grams per second).
