Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your ceiling fan. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a certified electrician.

Pre-Installation Checklist:

  1. Power Disconnection: Ensure the main power supply to the installation area is turned off at the circuit breaker.
  2. Mounting Location: Select a location where the fan blades will be at least 7 feet (2.1 meters) from the floor and at least 18 inches (45 cm) from any wall or obstruction.
  3. Structural Support: The mounting box and ceiling structure must be able to support the fan's weight (approximately 3.6 kg).

Installation Steps:

  1. Assemble Down Rod and Canopies: Thread the electrical wires from the motor through the down rod. Slide the canopies onto the down rod.
  2. Attach Shackle Kit: Secure the shackle kit to the down rod and motor assembly according to the diagrams provided in the separate installation guide.
  3. Mount to Ceiling: Securely attach the shackle kit to the ceiling mounting bracket, ensuring all screws are tightened.
  4. Wire Connections: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring as per local electrical codes. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
  5. Attach Blades: Carefully attach each of the three blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly secured.
  6. Position Canopies: Slide the canopies up to cover the mounting bracket and motor housing, securing them in place.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Control:

  • The fan is controlled via a standard wall-mounted regulator or push-button switch.
  • Turn the regulator clockwise to increase fan speed and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
  • The fan features 5 power levels for varying airflow needs.
  • To turn the fan off, rotate the regulator to the 'Off' position or press the designated button on the switch.

Maintenance
