4. Setup

Follow these steps to connect your KVM switch:

1. Power Off Devices: Ensure both computers and the monitor are powered off before making any connections.
2. Connect Monitor: Connect your DisplayPort monitor to the "Monitor" DisplayPort output port on the KVM switch.
3. Connect USB Peripherals: Connect your USB keyboard and USB mouse to the dedicated USB ports on the KVM switch (usually marked with keyboard and mouse icons).
4. Connect Audio (Optional): If using audio, connect your speakers to the "Speaker Out" port and your microphone to the "Mic In" port on the KVM switch.
5. Connect Computers:

5.1. Switching Between Computers

To switch between the connected computers, press the "Select" button located on the front panel of the KVM switch. Each press will toggle between PC1 and PC2.
