Troubleshooting
Device Not Responding
If your device is unresponsive, press and hold the Power button for about 30 seconds to force a restart.
App Crashing or Freezing
Try force-closing the app (Settings > Apps > See all apps > [App Name] > Force stop) and reopening it. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache and data, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
Connectivity Issues (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/5G)
Toggle Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or mobile data off and on. Restart your device. For Wi-Fi, try forgetting the network and reconnecting. For mobile data, ensure your SIM card is properly inserted and your plan is active.
Fingerprint Sensor Not Working
Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Re-register your fingerprints in Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock > Fingerprint Unlock. If the issue continues, ensure your screen protector (if any) is compatible with the in-display fingerprint sensor.
Factory Reset (Last Resort)
If all other troubleshooting steps fail, you may need to perform a factory reset. This will erase all data on your phone. Back up important data before proceeding. Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset).
