Please read it thoroughly before your first ride to ensure optimal performance and safety. The KF9 is a versatile 20-inch folding fat tire electric bicycle designed for various terrains, including snow and beach, offering a powerful and adaptable riding experience.

Setup and Assembly
Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Ensure all listed components are present:
- Electric bicycle
- Battery (48V18Ah)
- Charger
- Mudguard
- Luggage rack
- Installation tools
Assembly Instructions
While the bike comes largely pre-assembled, some components require attachment. Use the provided installation tools.
- Handlebar Installation: Secure the handlebar stem into the fork tube and tighten the bolts. Ensure the handlebar is straight and firm.
- Pedal Attachment: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread. Tighten securely.
- Front Wheel Installation: If not already attached, align the front wheel with the fork dropouts and secure it with the quick-release skewer or axle nuts. Ensure the disc brake rotor is correctly seated in the caliper.
- Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the saddle height for comfortable pedaling, ensuring your leg has a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Tighten the quick-release lever or bolt.
- Mudguard and Luggage Rack: Attach the mudguards and luggage rack using the designated mounting points and screws.

Battery Installation and Initial Charge
The KETELES KF9 comes with a removable 48V18Ah battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before your first ride.
- Install Battery: Slide the battery into its designated slot on the frame until it clicks securely into place. Use the key to lock it if applicable.
- Charging: Connect the charger to the battery charging port and then to a standard power outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 7-9 hours.

Folding and Unfolding
The KF9 features a convenient folding design for easy storage and transport.
- Folding: Locate the quick-release levers on the frame and handlebar stem. Open these levers and carefully fold the bike in half. Ensure all components are clear to prevent pinching.
- Unfolding: Reverse the folding process. Ensure all quick-release levers are securely closed and locked before riding.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off and Display
To power on the e-bike, press the 'M' key for 2-5 seconds until the instrument display lights up. The LCD display provides essential information:
- Speed Display: Shows current riding speed.
- Battery Indicator: Displays remaining battery charge.
- Mileage: Tracks total distance traveled.
- PAS Level: Indicates the current pedal assist level (0-5).

Riding Modes
The KETELES KF9 offers three riding modes:
- Human Riding Mode (Power Off Cycling): Ride the bike like a traditional bicycle without electric assistance.
- Fully Electric Mode: Twist the throttle to engage the motor and ride without pedaling.
- Pedal Assist Mode (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Press the '+' button to increase the pedal assist level from 1 to 5. Level 5 provides maximum assistance.

Gear Shifting
