- Rack Positions: Use the metallic racks and their 5 levels to position food appropriately for different cooking functions.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Pyrolytic Cleaning
The pyrolytic function cleans the oven interior by burning off food residues at very high temperatures, turning them into ash. This ash can then be easily wiped away once the oven has cooled.
- Remove all accessories (racks, trays, grid) from the oven before starting a pyrolytic cycle.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Select the Pyrolysis function on the control panel. Follow the display prompts to start the cycle.
- During the cycle, the oven door will lock automatically for safety.
- Once the cycle is complete and the oven has cooled down, wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove the ash.
General Cleaning
- Exterior: Clean the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
- Interior (after cooking): For light soiling, wipe the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use, once the oven has cooled.
- Removable Inner Glass Door: The inner glass door can be removed for thorough cleaning. Refer to the detailed instructions in the full product manual for removal and reinstallation.
- Accessories: Wash grids and trays with warm soapy water.
