This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Coolqiya Mini Wireless Doorbell. This system includes one waterproof push button transmitter and two USB plug-in receivers, designed for convenience and reliability.

Setup and Installation

Before Installation:

Before mounting the transmitter, ensure to take the transmitter bracket apart and remove any insulating film from the battery compartment to activate the battery.

Receiver Setup:

Plug the USB receiver into any standard USB socket, USB adapter, PC, or power bank. The chime will power on automatically.

Transmitter Installation:

There are two primary methods for installing the transmitter:

Double-sided Tape: Clean the desired mounting surface thoroughly. Peel off the protective film from one side of the double-sided tape and apply it to the back of the transmitter. Peel off the other side and firmly press the transmitter onto the wall or door frame for at least 30 seconds.
Screws & Anchors: For a more secure installation, use the provided screws and anchors. Mark the desired drilling spots, drill pilot holes, insert anchors, and then screw the transmitter into place.

Pairing and Ringtone Settings:

The USB Chime works in EASY Mode by default, meaning all transmitters from Coolqiya can activate the chime without any special setting, and the ringtone is the same for all transmitters.

To customize ringtones or pair additional transmitters, use CUSTOM Mode:

Choose Ringtone: Press the Music Button on the USB Chime to cycle through the 11 available ringtones until you find your favorite.
Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Volume Button on the receiver for approximately 5 seconds. The receiver will blink and emit a "ding" sound, indicating it's in pairing mode.
Pair Transmitter: Within 5 seconds of entering pairing mode, push the transmitter button. You will hear the music you set, confirming successful pairing.
Pair Multiple Transmitters (Optional): Repeat steps 1-3 for each additional transmitter you wish to pair. In CUSTOM mode, you can set a different ringtone for each transmitter, allowing you to distinguish which door is being activated.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Volume:

The receiver has 5 adjustable volume levels, ranging from 0dB (mute) to 110dB. To adjust the volume, press the Volume Button on the side of the receiver. Each press will cycle through the available volume levels.

Changing Ringtones:

As described in the "Pairing and Ringtone Settings" section, press the Music Button on the receiver to select from the 11 available ringtones. The selected ringtone will be saved even if the power is disconnected.

Wireless Range:

The doorbell system offers a wireless range of up to 650 feet (198 meters) in open air. Obstacles such as walls and doors may reduce this range to approximately 300 feet.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the doorbell components with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Transmitter Battery Replacement:

The transmitter is powered by a 12V battery. When the transmitter's performance degrades or it stops working, it may be time to replace the battery. Use a small screwdriver to carefully open the transmitter casing and replace the old battery with a new 12V battery, ensuring correct polarity.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Doorbell does not ring.	Receiver not powered. Transmitter battery is low or dead. Transmitter and receiver are not paired. Distance too far or too many obstacles.	Ensure receiver is properly plugged into a working USB port. Replace the transmitter battery. Re-pair the transmitter and receiver following the "Pairing and Ringtone Settings" instructions. Move the receiver closer to the transmitter or reduce obstacles.
Doorbell rings unexpectedly.	Interference from other wireless devices. Transmitter button is stuck or damaged.	Try changing the ringtone or re-pairing the devices to reset the signal. Ensure the doorbell is not too close to other strong RF signal emitters. Inspect the transmitter button for any debris or damage.
Sound is too low or too loud.	Volume level needs adjustment.	Press the Volume Button on the receiver to cycle through the 5 volume levels until desired loudness is achieved.
