2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure the mounting surface is stable and can support the weight of the fixture.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product. This may void the warranty and pose safety risks.
• Keep the solar panel clean to ensure optimal charging efficiency.
• This product is rated IP44 for protection against splashing water. Do not submerge it in water or expose it to high-pressure water jets.

4. Product Overview

The PRIOS Yahir solar light integrates a high-efficiency solar panel, a bright LED light source, and a sensitive motion detector into a single, modern unit.

• Solar Panel: Collects sunlight to charge the internal battery. Adjustable for optimal sun exposure.
• LED Light: Provides bright, energy-efficient illumination.
• Motion Detector (PIR Sensor): Detects movement to automatically activate the light.

  • TIME: Adjusts the duration the light stays on after motion is detected.

5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your solar wall light.

1. Choose a Location: Select a location on an outdoor wall that receives direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily. Ensure the motion sensor has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.
2. Mark Drilling Points: Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the drilling points on the wall.
3. Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points and insert the wall plugs.
4. Mount the Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
5. Attach the Light Unit: Attach the solar light unit to the mounted bracket. Ensure it is securely fastened.

6. Adjust Solar Panel: Angle the solar panel to face the sun for maximum exposure throughout the day.
7. Activate the Light: Locate the power switch on the back of the light unit (refer to Image 5.2) and switch it to the "ON" position.

8. Initial Charge: Allow the light to charge for at least 24-48 hours in direct sunlight before its first use to ensure the internal battery is fully charged.

Once installed and activated, the PRIOS Yahir solar light operates automatically.

• Automatic Charging: During the day, the solar panel converts sunlight into electricity and stores it in the internal rechargeable battery.
• Automatic Activation: At dusk, when the ambient light level falls below the set LUX threshold, the motion sensor becomes active.
• Motion Detection: When motion is detected within the sensor's range, the LED light will turn on for the duration set by the TIME dial.
• Adjusting Settings: Use the TIME, LUX, and SENS dials (refer to Image 4.2) to customize the light's behavior according to your preferences.
  • Turn TIME clockwise for longer illumination duration, counter-clockwise for shorter.
  • Turn LUX clockwise for the sensor to activate in brighter conditions, counter-clockwise for darker conditions (e.g., only deep night).
  • Turn SENS clockwise for higher motion detection sensitivity and range, counter-clockwise for lower.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your solar light.

• Cleaning the Solar Panel: Periodically wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures efficient charging.
• Cleaning the Light Fixture: Clean the light housing and motion sensor lens with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Battery: The internal rechargeable battery is designed for long-term use. It is not user-replaceable. If the light's performance significantly degrades over time, the battery may be reaching the end of its lifespan.
• Seasonal Adjustment: In winter months or periods of reduced sunlight, the light's performance may be reduced due to less solar charging. Ensure the solar panel remains free of snow or ice.
