For devices with no markings on the exterior, you will need to find the customer support page on the corresponding brand's website and enter the model number on the bottom of your laptop to verify the relevant USB-C functionality information.
If you can't confirm on your own whether the black screen is due to your computer's port function, please provide us with a screenshot of the text at the bottom of your laptop, and we'll confirm it for you.

2.3. Connecting the Docking Station
Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the docking station to your laptop's compatible USB-C port.

2.4. Power Delivery
For optimal performance and to charge your laptop, connect your laptop's power adapter to the docking station's 100W USB-C Power Delivery port. The docking station allocates approximately 8W for its own operation, providing up to 87W for laptop charging.

2.5. Connecting External Monitors
Connect your external monitors to the available HDMI (HDMI 1: 4K@60Hz, HDMI 2: 4K@30Hz) and DisplayPort (4K@60Hz) ports on the docking station. Ensure your cables are of good quality and do not exceed 3 meters in length to prevent signal degradation.
2.6. Connecting Peripherals
Utilize the 3 USB 3.0 ports (up to 5Gbps) for high-speed data transfer devices and the 2 USB 2.0 ports (up to 480Mbps) for peripherals like keyboards and mice. Insert SD/Micro SD cards into the dedicated slots for quick data access (up to 104MB/s). Connect to a wired network via the Gigabit Ethernet port (1000Mbps) and use the 3.5mm audio port for headphones or microphones.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Windows Display Modes
For Windows laptops, the docking station supports dual and triple display setups in extended mode. Single monitor resolutions can reach 4K@60Hz (HDMI 1 or DisplayPort) or 4K@30Hz (HDMI 2). Dual monitors will operate at 4K@30Hz and 1080P@60Hz (DP1.4). Triple monitors will operate at 1080P (DP1.4).

3.2. macOS Display Modes
MacBook laptops only support mirroring the same image on external monitors due to macOS limitations (SST Extend Mode). The hub does not support using a converter for MST (Multi-Stream Transport) on macOS.

3.3. Adjusting Display Resolution and Refresh Rate
To adjust display settings on Windows, navigate to Settings > System > Display. Select the desired monitor and adjust its resolution and refresh rate. For macOS, go to System Settings > Displays to configure external monitors.

4. Maintenance
4.1. Cleaning
Gently wipe the docking station with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials that could damage the surface or internal components.
4.2. Storage
Store the docking station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use, disconnect all cables to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1. HDMI/DP/VGA Port Issues
Why does my monitor have no signal input when plugged into HDMI/DP/VGA?
Our products have a requirement for USB-C ports on laptops. Usually, only computer models with Full Function/Support Display/Thunderbolt labeled by the laptop's device manufacturer can use our type of Docking Station. Refer to the compatibility section (2.2) and your laptop's specifications.
Why does the monitor have signal input, but it is a black screen?
Usually, this is due to the fact that you have set a frame rate that exceeds our supported frame rates for display, especially if your monitor supports 90/120/144 Hz or even higher refresh rates. Please set the frame rate externally on your monitor and change the resolution and frame rate on the screen next to your connected laptop.
Why can't I choose a higher resolution?
For products using multiple HDMI/DP/VGA ports, the more HDMI/DP/VGA ports are used, the resolution of the monitor linked to each HDMI/DP/VGA port will be reduced to a different degree. If the final imaging effect does not match our product detail page, please refer to the product specifications. Insert the ports one by one and gradually adjust the resolution of each display.
Why are the images on external monitors all the same?
You can switch between mirroring and non-mirroring modes for each display. However, if you're a macOS user, docking stations that don't use a driver will only expand to a maximum of one non-mirrored screen if they take up only one of the ports.
Why does the screen flicker when using HDMI/DP/VGA?
If other anomalies occur, we recommend that you first confirm which graphics card the expansion is using and then perform a driver update for that graphics card. If screen-related problems occur, we recommend that you replace the cable to verify if the cable is faulty. In addition, for too long HDMI/DP/VGA cables, screen flickering is very likely to occur, and will occur more frequently after the cable length reaches 3 meters or exceeds 3 meters.
5.2. Power Delivery Port Issues
Why does the laptop show low power or unable to charge while connecting to Power Delivery Port?
Since each device manufacturer has different parameters for the motherboard's power requirements, if you use a power supply of 65W or less, it is possible that the motherboard's protection mechanism may be triggered during use resulting in a low power mode. A power supply of 45W or below may not be able to charge the motherboard, in addition to triggering the low power mode. Therefore, we recommend using a 90W or higher power supply, or using a second USB-C port or pin header for charging.
Why does the display get black when I connect the monitor by USB-C Power Delivery port?
We only have individual dual-plug products for Macbooks that have USB-C on the Docking Station that support the video-out feature, and on those, we label them with the Thunderbolt logo next to the corresponding USB-C Port. USB-C ports on the Docking Station that do not have the Thunderbolt logo next to them do not support video output.
5.3. USB-A/USB-C Port Issues
Why are wireless devices delayed?
Due to USB 3.0 on the 2.4Ghz/2.5Ghz frequency band having a greater impact on the conventional 2.4Ghz/2.5Ghz wireless Bluetooth devices, it will lead to delays or even cannot be used, and there will be a greater noise. We have been through the technical means to reduce the noise and the product itself to do the electromagnetic shielding, but still cannot completely isolate the interference. In more detail, USB 3.0 technology uses a 5Gbps transfer rate, and in order to avoid electromagnetic interference (EMI), it uses SSC spread spectrum clock technology, which is modulated at 2.5Ghz. You can try the following solutions:
- Keep the wireless mouse/keyboard as close to the mouse/keyboard receiver as possible.
- Keep the receiver as far away from the USB 3.0 device as possible. For example, use an extended USB 2.0 cable to plug into the wireless mouse/keyboard receiver. Or, if the wireless device is plugged into a USB 2.0 port on your computer, move the hub away from the USB 2.0 port on your computer.
- If your WIFI supports 2.4G/5G dual-band, please choose 5Ghz band to use.
- Put EMI shielding tape around the USB 3.0 port.
- Try not to use other 2.4Ghz devices such as microwave oven at the same time when using the hub.
- Choose wireless interference resistant products optimized for 2.4Ghz interference from manufacturers such as Razer or Logitech, such as Razer V3pro, ROG TKL, etc.
- Use a wired mouse and keyboard.
Why does the USB port on the docking station not work?
This issue may be caused by multiple USB ports going dormant causing the entire HUB to be considered dormant and thus insufficient external power supply. You can try disabling USB selective suspend in your operating system settings.
Why do I get frequent device loading pop-up sounds after using the USB C or USB A Port?
When you are using a high-power hard disk, the USB devices on the rest of the ports, including the high-power hard disk itself, may be ejected and cannot be used. You can try the solutions mentioned for wireless device delays. If all your loaded devices are low-power devices, we recommend that you uninstall and update the corresponding USB drivers.
5.4. SD/TF Port Issues
Why does the Audio port not working?
Usually this happens when you have multiple audio devices connected, but only one independent audio output is allowed per unit. You can wipe the gold finger part of the SD/TF card first, if it still doesn't work, check that the headphone monitoring function and microphone enhancement are turned off and the noise cancellation function is turned on.
Why is there a lot of bottom noise when I connect to the jack?
Clean the 3.5 mm metal cylindrical head, insert it and rotate it to find the right angle and depth. If it still doesn't work, check that the headphone monitoring function and microphone enhancement are turned off and the noise cancellation function is turned on.
