Setup

Charging the Headset

The headset can be charged using the included POGO charging base or directly via the Type C charging cable. A full charge provides up to 65 hours of working time.

Connectivity

The LEVN Wireless Headset offers two primary connection methods: Bluetooth and USB Dongle.

Connecting via USB Dongle

For a stable and delay-free audio experience, especially with desktop computers without built-in Bluetooth, use the USB dongle.

1. Plug the USB Dongle into a USB port on your computer. Wait for your computer to recognize it. The LED indicator on the USB Dongle will flash blue.
2. Toggle the switch button on the headset to the "ON" side. When you hear "Paired. Your headset is connected" and the LED on the USB Dongle is solid blue, the headset is connected.

NOTE:

When making a call with conference software, please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to ensure LEVN LE-HS013 Superior is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone).

Connecting via Bluetooth

The headset supports Bluetooth 5.2 for connection to laptops, mobile phones, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. Only one device can be connected at a time.

1. Ensure the headset is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the headset's LED indicator for pairing status, usually a flashing blue light).
2. On your device (laptop, mobile phone), navigate to Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for "LEVN LE-HS013 Superior" in the list of available devices.
4. Select the headset to pair. Once connected, the headset's LED indicator will typically turn solid blue.
