5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps carefully to install your Ergounion E66 Dual Monitor Mount.

5.1 Choose Your Mounting Option: C-Clamp or Grommet

The E66 mount offers two installation methods to suit your desk type.

C-Clamp Mounting Option

C-Clamp Installation:

  1. Attach the C-clamp base to the desk pole.
  2. Position the C-clamp on the edge of your desk.
  3. Tighten the clamp screws until the base is securely fastened to the desk. Ensure the desk thickness is within 0.4" to 2.4".

Grommet Base Installation:

  1. If your desk has a grommet hole, disassemble the C-clamp and attach the grommet base components to the desk pole.
  2. Insert the pole through the grommet hole.
  3. Secure the base from underneath the desk using the provided hardware. Ensure the desk thickness is up to 2.25".

5.2 Attaching Monitor Arms and Monitors

  1. Slide the monitor arms onto the desk pole at your desired heights.
  2. Attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws from the hardware kit.
  3. Carefully slide the monitors (with VESA plates attached) onto the monitor arms. Ensure they click into place securely.
  4. Tighten any security screws on the VESA plate connection to prevent accidental detachment.
