5. Maintenance

5.2. Battery Replacement

The transmitter uses a CR2032 lithium battery, which typically lasts for approximately 4.5 years under normal usage. When the transmitter's indicator light no longer illuminates or the signal weakens, it is time to replace the battery. To replace, open the transmitter's back cover and insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Sound/Light from Receiver:
    • Ensure the receiver is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
    • Check if the volume is set to 0 dB (silent mode). Adjust the volume if necessary.
    • Verify that the transmitter battery is not depleted. Replace the CR2032 battery if needed.
    • Re-pair the transmitter and receiver if they have lost connection (refer to pairing instructions in the full manual, if applicable).
  • Short Wireless Range:
    • Ensure there are no significant metal objects, thick walls, or other electronic devices interfering with the signal between the transmitter and receiver.
    • Relocate the receiver or transmitter to improve signal strength. The maximum range is 400m in an open area, which can be reduced by obstacles.
  • Transmitter Not Responding:
    • Check the transmitter battery. Replace if necessary.
    • Ensure the transmitter button is not stuck or damaged.
