4. Installation and Setup

Before beginning any maintenance, ensure the engine is cool and the spark plug wire is disconnected to prevent accidental starting.

4.1 Air Filter Replacement:

1. Locate the air filter housing on your engine. It is typically a plastic cover secured by clips or screws.
2. Open or remove the air filter housing cover.
3. Carefully remove the old air filter and pre-filter. Note their orientation.
4. Clean any debris from inside the air filter housing.
5. Place the new pre-filter onto the new air filter.
6. Insert the new air filter and pre-filter into the housing, ensuring it fits securely and correctly.
7. Close and secure the air filter housing cover.
