Setup Guide
1. Battery Installation
The L200 Classic Mod requires two external 21700 batteries. If using 18650 batteries, insert them into the provided 18650 battery adapters first. Open the battery compartment cover located at the bottom of the device, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and securely close the cover.

2. Coil Installation
- Unscrew the base of the Z Max Tank.
- Carefully pull out the old coil (if any) and dispose of it.
- Insert a new GEEKVAPE M series coil into the tank, ensuring it is firmly seated.
- Screw the tank base back on.

3. E-liquid Filling
- Twist the top cap of the Z Max Tank counter-clockwise to open the filling ports.
- Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into one of the filling ports and fill the tank. Avoid filling into the central airflow tube.
- Close the top cap by twisting it clockwise until secure.
- After filling, allow the tank to stand for at least 5-10 minutes to ensure the coil is fully saturated with e-liquid. This prevents dry hits and extends coil life.

4. Tank Attachment
Screw the filled Z Max Tank onto the 510 connector of the L200 Classic Mod. Ensure it is finger-tight, but do not overtighten.
Important Note: We recommend using a tank with a base diameter of less than 33mm to prevent overhang and ensure proper fit.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To power on the device, press the fire button 5 times rapidly.
- To power off the device, press the fire button 5 times rapidly. The screen will indicate "Power Off".
2. Adjusting Wattage
Use the "+" and "-" adjustment buttons located below the screen to increase or decrease the wattage. The wattage range is 5W to 200W. Adjust the wattage according to your coil's recommended range for optimal performance.
3. Screen Display
The 1.08-inch TFT color screen displays essential information such as current wattage, coil resistance (Ω), voltage (V), amperage (A), and puff counter (C).

4. Boosting Mode
The L200 Classic features a Boosting Mode that automatically adjusts the power to the maximum output for the installed coil, aiming to produce larger vapor clouds. Refer to the device menu for activating or deactivating this mode.

5. Accidental Press Protection Lock
To prevent accidental firing or adjustments, the device includes a lock mechanism. Use the dedicated lock switch on the side of the mod to engage or disengage the lock. This enhances safety during transport.
6. Airflow Adjustment
The Z Max Tank features adjustable top airflow. Rotate the airflow control ring located at the top of the tank to customize your draw from tight to airy.
7. Charging
Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and to a suitable power source. The screen will display the charging status. For optimal battery life and safety, it is recommended to charge external batteries using a dedicated external battery charger.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Tank
Regularly disassemble the Z Max Tank and rinse all components (except the coil) with warm water. Allow them to air dry completely before reassembly. This helps maintain flavor purity and prevents e-liquid residue buildup.
2. Coil Replacement
Coils are consumable parts and need to be replaced periodically, typically every 1-2 weeks depending on usage and e-liquid. Replace the coil when you notice a burnt taste, reduced vapor production, or diminished flavor. Follow the coil installation steps in the Setup Guide.
3. Battery Care
- Always use high-quality, undamaged 21700 or 18650 batteries.
- Inspect battery wraps for tears or damage. Do not use damaged batteries.
- Store batteries in a safe, non-conductive container when not in use.
- Avoid overcharging or over-discharging batteries.
4. IP68 Rating (Water, Dust, Shock Resistance)
The L200 Classic Kit is designed with IP68 rating, making it resistant to water, dust, and shocks. While durable, it is not indestructible. Avoid intentional submersion in water or exposing it to extreme conditions. Ensure the USB port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

Troubleshooting
