Setup and Assembly

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all included accessories are present: 16-in-1 Repair Toolkit, Full Fenders, Quick Charger, Rear Rack, and Running Boards.
2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely.
3. Pedal Attachment: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms by hand first, then tighten with a wrench. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread.
4. Seat Post Adjustment: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the height for a comfortable riding position. Secure with the quick-release lever.
5. Fender and Rack Installation: Install the full fenders and the rear rack using the provided hardware. The running boards attach to the sides of the rear rack.
6. Battery Installation & Initial Charge: Insert the 48V 17.5Ah removable battery into its compartment and lock it with the key. Fully charge the battery before your first use using the Quick Charger.
7. Tire Inflation: Inflate the 20"x3" fat tires to the recommended pressure indicated on the tire sidewall.
