Physical Components:

Setup
1. Initial Power On
- Press and hold the Power Button until the ZTE logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup wizard.
2. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation
The ZTE Grand X View 4 K87 supports a SIM card for mobile data connectivity and a MicroSD card for additional storage.
- Locate the SIM/MicroSD card tray on the side of the tablet.
- Insert a SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
- Place the Nano-SIM card into the designated SIM slot with the gold contacts facing down.
- Place the MicroSD card (up to 128GB) into the MicroSD slot.
- Gently push the tray back into the tablet until it clicks into place.
3. Wi-Fi Connection
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
- Toggle Wi-Fi On.
- Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the network password if prompted, then tap Connect.
Operating the Device
Basic Navigation
- Tap: Touch the screen once to select an item or open an application.
- Touch and Hold: Press and hold an item to access additional options or move it.
- Swipe: Drag your finger across the screen to scroll through lists or switch between screens.
- Pinch-to-Zoom: Place two fingers on the screen and pinch them together or spread them apart to zoom in or out.
Connecting to Mobile Data (APN Settings)
This tablet is GSM unlocked. For mobile data connectivity, you may need to configure the Access Point Name (APN) settings based on your carrier. Consult your mobile service provider for the correct APN settings.
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Access Point Names.
- Tap the + icon or New APN to add a new APN.
- Enter the details provided by your carrier (e.g., Name, APN, Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, MMSC, MMS Proxy, MMS Port, MCC, MNC, Authentication type, APN type, APN protocol, APN roaming protocol, Bearer).
- Save the APN settings and select the newly created APN.
Camera Usage
Your tablet features a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera.
- Open the Camera application.
- Tap the shutter button to take a photo.
- Switch between front and rear cameras using the camera switch icon.
- Explore various modes and settings within the camera app for creative effects.
Battery Management

- To charge, connect the USB Type-C cable to the tablet and the charger to a power outlet.
