Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Ingenuity InLighten Baby Swing. Assembly is designed to be straightforward.

- Attach Seat: Securely attach the swing seat to the assembled frame.
- Install Fabric Components: Place the seat pad and any inserts onto the seat. Ensure the 5-point harness is correctly threaded through the designated slots.
- Connect Power: Plug the included USB cord into the swing's power port. Connect the other end to a suitable USB wall adapter (not included).

Control Panel Functions

- Power Button: Turns the swing on/off.
- Swing Speed: Select from 5 different swing speeds to suit your child's preference.
- Melodies & Sounds: Choose from 20 preloaded melodies, white noise, or nature sounds.
- Timer Settings: Set the swing to operate for 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
- Light Show: Activate the overhead light show for visual stimulation.
Seat Adjustment
- Seat Rotation: The seat rotates 180 degrees, allowing the swing motion to occur in 3 different directions (side-to-side or front-to-back).
- Recline Positions: Adjust the seat to one of 2 recline positions for optimal comfort.

Harness System
Always secure your child with the 5-point safety harness before operating the swing. Adjust straps for a snug, comfortable fit.

Tummy Time Mat
The removable owl-shaped insert can be used separately as a tummy time mat to encourage gross motor skill development.

Care and Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your baby swing.
- Seat Pad Cleaning:
- Remove the seat pad from the frame.
- Fasten all buckles on the seat restraint and seat pad.
- Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to their corresponding patches.
- Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach.
- Tumble dry using low heat.
- Frame Cleaning: Wipe the metal and plastic parts of the frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Do not immerse the frame in water.
- Storage: When not in use, store the swing in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
