5. Operating Instructions
The Titan Fitness Plate-Loaded PEC Fly and Reverse Delt Machine allows for both chest fly and reverse delt exercises. Always warm up before exercising.
5.1 Adjusting the Machine
- Seat Height: Adjust the padded seat to a height where your shoulders are aligned with the pivot point of the machine's arms. This ensures proper biomechanics during exercises.
- Starting Position: The dual overhead cams allow for independent range of motion adjustments. Set the starting position of the arms to achieve a full, deep stretch for your target muscles.
- Resistance: Load Olympic weight plates onto the 10-inch loadable sleeves to match your desired resistance level. The machine can accommodate up to 300 pounds.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your machine.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the frame and upholstery with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and moving parts for tightness and wear. Tighten any loose fasteners. Inspect cables and pulleys for signs of fraying or damage.
- Lubrication: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to pivot points and cable pathways as needed to maintain smooth operation.
- Storage: Store the machine in a dry, climate-controlled environment to prevent rust and material degradation.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your machine, refer to the following common solutions:
- Squeaking or Grinding Noise: Check for loose bolts or components. Lubricate pivot points and cable pathways. Inspect pulleys for debris.
- Rough Movement: Ensure cables are properly routed through all pulleys. Check for any obstructions. Lubricate moving parts.
- Weight Feels Lighter Than Expected: This can sometimes occur due to machine leverage. Ensure you are loading appropriate weight plates and consider increasing resistance if necessary. Verify the machine is on a level surface.
- Unstable Machine: Ensure all bolts are fully tightened. If applicable, utilize the bolt-down holes on the rubber feet to anchor the machine to a concrete surface for maximum stability.
