Setup
Before beginning assembly, ensure you have a clean, flat, and sufficiently large workspace. The completed puzzle is substantial, so consider using multiple tables or a dedicated puzzle mat.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove the puzzle box lid, the large poster, and the six bags of puzzle pieces.
- Review the Poster: Unfold the large poster and place it in an easily viewable location. This poster serves as your primary reference for the overall image and the layout of the six individual sections.
- Organize Sections: The puzzle is divided into six 1500-piece sections, each contained in a separate bag labeled A, B, C, D, E, or F. You can choose to assemble each section individually before combining them, or mix all pieces for a greater challenge. For a structured approach, keep the pieces from each bag separate during initial assembly.

Operating (Assembly)
The Trefl Prime UFT (Unlimited Fit Technology) puzzles feature special irregular shapes and are made from thick cardboard, ensuring a precise fit and durability. The puzzle can be moved, rolled up, and rotated once sections are connected.
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Assemble Individual Sections: Begin by assembling each of the six 1500-piece puzzles (A, B, C, D, E, F) separately. Refer to the corresponding sections on the large poster for guidance.
- Sort Pieces: For each section, sort pieces by color, pattern, or edge type. Edge pieces are typically assembled first to form the border of each 1500-piece section.
- Connect Sections: Once all six individual 1500-piece sections are completed, arrange them according to the layout shown on the large poster. The Unlimited Fit Technology allows these sections to seamlessly interlock, forming the complete 9000-piece image.

Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity of your puzzle.
- Cleaning: If necessary, gently wipe the puzzle surface with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store completed or uncompleted puzzles in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping. If disassembling, return pieces to their original bags or a suitable storage container.
Troubleshooting
- Missing Pieces: In the rare event of a missing piece, please contact Trefl customer support. Provide details of the puzzle model and the specific piece location if possible.
- Pieces Not Fitting: Ensure you are working with pieces from the correct section (A-F) if you are assembling them individually. Puzzle pieces are uniquely cut; rotate pieces to try all orientations. Avoid forcing pieces together, as this can damage them.
