Setup
1. Battery Installation
The KODAK PIXPRO AZ255 camera operates on four AA batteries. For optimal performance, use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable Ni-MH batteries.
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
- Slide the cover latch to open the compartment.
- Insert four AA batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-) inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely until it clicks into place.
2. SD Card Installation
A memory card (SD, SDHC, or SDXC, Class 10 or higher, up to 512GB) is required to store photos and videos.
- Open the battery compartment cover. The SD card slot is usually located next to the battery slots.
- Insert the SD card with the metal contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove the SD card, press it gently until it springs out, then pull it from the slot.
- Close the battery compartment cover.

Operating the Camera
1. Powering On/Off
Press the Power button located on the top of the camera to turn it on or off.
2. Taking Photos
- Turn on the camera.
- Frame your shot using the 3-inch LCD screen.
- Use the zoom lever (W/T) to adjust the 25x optical zoom.
- Press the shutter button halfway down to focus. The focus frame will turn green when focus is achieved.
- Press the shutter button fully to capture the image.

3. Zoom Function
The camera features a 25x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. Use the zoom lever around the shutter button to adjust the focal length. The 24mm wide-angle lens allows for expansive landscape shots.

4. Recording Videos
