Common Issues
- Connectivity Issues: Ensure the USB dongle is securely connected and the mouse switch is set to the correct mode (2.4GHz or BT). Try connecting the dongle to a different USB port, preferably on the front of your PC, to minimize interference.
- Battery Draining Quickly: While the mouse has long battery life, some users report faster drain if the mouse is not turned off when the PC is shut down. Ensure the mouse is switched to "OFF" when not in use for extended periods. RGB lighting also consumes battery; turning it off will extend battery life.
- DPI Settings Not Saving: If DPI settings reset after PC restart, ensure the Glorious Core software is running and settings are saved within the application.
