3. Setup Guide
3.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:

- USB-A to USB-C charging cable
- Wireless 2.4GHz USB dongle
- Additional swappable magnetic side buttons

3.2. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the mouse. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the mouse and the USB-A end to a powered USB port on your computer or a wall adapter. The mouse's RGB lighting will indicate charging status and turn off when fully charged.
3.3. Connectivity Options
The Model I 2 offers three ways to connect:
- 2.4GHz Wireless (Recommended for Gaming):
- Locate the power switch on the bottom of the mouse and slide it to the "2.4" position.
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
- The mouse should automatically connect.
- Bluetooth 5.2 LE:
- Slide the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "BT" position.
- On your computer, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select "Glorious Model I 2" from the list to pair.
- Wired Mode:
- Connect the USB-C cable directly from the mouse to your computer.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Button Functions
The Model I 2 features 9 programmable buttons. Default functions are as follows:
- Left Click (LMB)

4.3. RGB Lighting Customization
The RGB lighting can be adjusted for brightness, effects, and colors via the Glorious CORE software. To maximize battery life, it is recommended to set RGB brightness at 5% or turn it off.
Quick Shortcut: Hold Scroll Wheel + DPI Button, then tap the Right Mouse Button to cycle through brightness levels.
4.4. Swappable Side Buttons
The Model I 2 comes with two magnetic swappable side buttons. To change them, gently pull the existing buttons off and align the new buttons with the magnetic slots until they click into place.
