5. Troubleshooting
Common issues and their solutions:
5.1. Charging with the Base Does Not Work
If the charging base is not working, there might be an issue with the magnetic connection.
- Locate the small magnetic part connected between the oximeter and the charging base.
- Carefully take it out and then put it back in. This often re-establishes the connection.
5.2. Device Not Stable in Charging Base
If the device feels unstable when placed in the charging base, ensure the silicone sleeve is properly fitted.
- Ensure the device is wearing its silicone sleeve.
- Properly align the device with the base for a secure fit.
5.3. Data Not Stored Overnight
The device has a storage limit of 300 sets of data. For overnight monitoring, ensure the correct trend recording interval is set.
- Only 300 sets of data can be stored in the device.
- For continuous monitoring during sleep (e.g., 8 hours), set the time interval in the "Record Mode" settings to 30 minutes (Trend 30M) to ensure data is captured throughout the night without exceeding storage limits.
5.4. Inaccurate Readings
If readings appear inaccurate, consider the following:
- Ensure the probe is correctly and snugly placed on the measurement site (finger, toe, etc.).
- Avoid excessive movement during measurement.
- Check for any external light interference.
- Verify the probe is clean and undamaged.
