Please read this manual carefully before installation and use to ensure proper operation and maximize the product's lifespan.
2. Product Features
- 4-in-1 Unlocking Methods: Unlock via keypad code, RFID card, smartphone application (Bluetooth), or remotely with an optional WiFi Box.
- RFID Card Management: Supports up to 20 authorized RFID cards. Three cards are included in the package. Lost cards can be easily removed via the app for security.
- Password Management: Supports one administrator password and up to 9 user passwords. Temporary passwords can be generated via the app for limited access.
- Easy Installation: Designed for quick installation without drilling or complex wiring. Typically takes about 5 minutes.
- Adjustable Cylinder: Compatible with door thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 100mm. The cylinder length is adjustable (exterior 40-55mm / interior 30-60mm).
- Low Battery Warning: Provides a reminder when battery power drops below 20%, indicating it's time for replacement.
- USB Emergency Unlock: In case of complete battery depletion, the lock can be temporarily powered via a USB power bank for emergency unlocking using the app. This feature is for backup power only, not for charging the internal batteries.
- Anti-Peep Password: Allows entry of random digits before or after the actual password to prevent onlookers from guessing your code.

5. Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure your door meets the following requirements:
- Door thickness: 50mm to 100mm.
- Minimum distance from the center of your lock to the door frame: 40mm.

Installation Steps (Approx. 5 minutes)
- Remove Existing Cylinder: Open the door. Locate and remove the fixing screw from your old lock cylinder on the door edge. Carefully pull out the old cylinder.
- Prepare Smart Lock: Using the small hexagonal screwdriver provided, unscrew and remove the inner knob of the smart lock cylinder.
- Insert Smart Lock: Insert the smart lock cylinder into the lock hole from the outside of the door. Ensure it is properly aligned.
- Secure Lock: Reinsert and tighten the fixing screw on the door edge to secure the smart lock cylinder in place.
- Attach Inner Knob: Reattach the inner knob to the smart lock cylinder.
- Tighten Inner Knob: Use the hexagonal screwdriver to tighten the screw on the inner knob, securing it firmly.

Battery Installation
The lock requires 3 AAA batteries (not included). To install or replace batteries:
- Locate the battery compartment, usually accessible by removing the outer metal casing or a plastic cover using the provided hexagonal screwdriver.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the cover and secure it with the screw.
6. Operating Instructions
Initial Setup (Admin Password)
Upon first use, you will need to set an administrator password. This password is crucial for managing other user codes and settings. Follow the on-screen prompts on the lock's display or refer to the specific instructions in the included user manual for setting the admin password.

A. Keypad Code Unlock
- Wake up the keypad by pressing any key.
- Enter your valid password. You can use the anti-peep function by entering random digits before or after your actual code.
- Press the unlock key (usually a checkmark or lock symbol).
- Rotate the outer handle to open the door.

B. RFID Card Unlock
- Wake up the keypad by pressing any key.
- Place an authorized RFID card near the card reader area on the lock (usually indicated by a card icon or specific area).
- The lock will confirm successful reading.
- Rotate the outer handle to open the door.

C. Smartphone App Control (Bluetooth)
Download the official RUILON app (often referred to as Welock app) from your smartphone's app store or by scanning the QR code on the product/manual. The app allows for various functions:
- Unlock: Directly unlock the door via Bluetooth when within range.
- Unlock Record: View a history of all unlocking events, including who unlocked, when, and by what method.
- Authorization: Grant unlocking privileges to trusted individuals.
- Manage Passwords: Add, delete, or modify user passwords and generate temporary passwords with set validity periods.
- Manage RFID Cards: Add or delete RFID cards.

To use the app:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Open the RUILON/Welock app and pair it with your smart lock.
- Follow the in-app instructions for desired actions (unlocking, managing users, etc.).
D. Remote Control (with optional WiFi Box)
For remote unlocking and control from anywhere, a separate WiFi Box is required. This accessory connects your smart lock to your home WiFi network.

Emergency USB Power
If the lock's batteries are completely drained, you can temporarily power it using a standard USB power bank. Connect the power bank to the USB port on the lock (usually located at the bottom of the outer handle). Once powered, you can use the smartphone app to unlock the door. This is for emergency power only and does not charge the internal batteries.

7. Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace the 3 AAA batteries when the low battery warning is issued. Typically, batteries last for about 1 year.
- Cleaning: Wipe the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check that all screws are tight and that the lock operates smoothly.
8. Troubleshooting
