- Insert a mini glue stick (7mm diameter) into the round opening at the back of the glue gun.
- Push the glue stick gently until it stops. Do not force it.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Preheating
- Press and hold the power button on top of the glue gun for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights on the handle illuminate.
- The glue gun will begin to preheat. The LED indicator lights will blink during preheating.
- Preheating takes approximately 30 seconds. Once the glue gun reaches its working temperature, the LED indicator lights will stop blinking and remain solid. The device is now ready for use.

5.2 Applying Glue
- Once the glue gun is preheated (solid LED lights), aim the nozzle at the desired surface.

5.3 Automatic Power-Off
The glue gun will automatically shut down after 10 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life and enhance safety. To resume operation, simply press and hold the power button again.
5.4 Using the Vertical Stand
The glue gun features a stable vertical stand integrated into its design, allowing it to stand upright on a flat surface. This prevents the hot nozzle from touching your work surface and reduces glue spillage when not actively dispensing glue.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Ensure the glue gun is turned off and completely cooled before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Nozzle Care: Do not attempt to clean the nozzle while it is hot. Any hardened glue around the nozzle can be carefully removed once the gun is cold.
- Storage: Store the glue gun in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Maintenance: For optimal battery life, charge the glue gun every 3-6 months even if not in regular use.
7. Troubleshooting
- Glue not dispensing: Ensure the glue gun is fully preheated (solid LED lights). Check if a glue stick is properly inserted and if it has reached the heating chamber.
- Glue gun not heating: Verify the battery is charged. If the LED lights are not on or are blinking erratically, recharge the device.
- Battery not charging: Ensure the USB A to USB C cable is correctly connected to both the glue gun and a compatible power source. Confirm the power source is active. Remember, USB C to USB C cables are not supported.
- Excessive dripping: While designed for low leakage, some minimal dripping can occur. Ensure the glue gun is standing upright on its base when not in active use.
