7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Inwa speakers, try the following solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/Speaker not turning on. | Power adapter not connected or faulty outlet. | Ensure power adapters are securely plugged into both the speaker and a working power outlet. Check the power indicator light. |
| Cannot connect via Bluetooth. | Speaker not in pairing mode; device Bluetooth off; too far from main speaker. | Ensure the main speaker's blue indicator light is flashing. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Move closer to the main speaker (within 15m/50ft). |
| Auxiliary speakers not pairing. | Main speaker not connected; auxiliary speaker not powered on; too far from main speaker. | Ensure the main speaker is successfully connected to your device. Power on auxiliary speakers. Ensure auxiliary speakers are within 80ft of the main speaker. |
| Sound quality is poor or intermittent. | Interference; distance from source; low battery on connected device. | Reduce interference by moving away from other electronic devices. Ensure your audio source is within range. Charge your connected device. |
| Volume control issues (e.g., individual speaker volume). | System design; external device limitations. | Volume is controlled centrally from your connected Bluetooth device. Individual speaker volume adjustment is not supported. |
