1. Introduction

The Phezer PC11 Plus Mini Inkjet Printer is a portable and versatile marking device designed for both flat and curved surfaces. Weighing approximately 0.25kg (0.55lb) and measuring 110x47x73mm (4.33x1.85x2.87 inches), this compact printer offers high-quality, fast printing with exceptional ease of use.

Equipped with an upgraded quad-core CPU and an independent operating system, it features a smart touch screen for direct content editing without the need for external applications, computers, or mobile phones. It supports printing various content types including text, labels, numbers, QR codes, barcodes, production dates, times, and logos on a wide range of materials such as paper, boards, carton, stone, pipe, cable, metal, glass, plastic, and cloth. The printer supports 25 languages and 360-degree all-round printing, with an adjustable printing height from 2mm to 12.7mm and unlimited length.

The device comes with a 42ml quick-drying ink cartridge, designed to prevent ink-leaking and nozzle-blocking, ensuring smooth and brightly-colored prints. Available ink colors include Black, White, Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Invisible, and UV.

3. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Phezer PC11 Plus Mini Inkjet Printer for first use:

1. Charge the Printer: Connect the charger to the printer and a power outlet. Ensure the printer is fully charged before initial use for optimal battery life. The 2600mAh battery provides over 8 hours of continuous working.
2. Install the Ink Cartridge:
   • Remove the protective cover from the ink cartridge.
   • Open the cartridge slot cover on the printer.
   • Carefully insert the ink cartridge into the slot, ensuring it clicks into place.
   • Close the cartridge slot cover.
3. Power On: Press and hold the power button until the screen illuminates.
4. Initial Configuration: The printer will guide you through initial settings such as language selection. The printer supports 25 languages.

• Edit Content: Tap the "Edit" icon to create or modify text, numbers, dates, times, barcodes, QR codes, or logos.
• Load Files: Use the "File" option to load previously saved designs or images.
• Settings: Access printer settings, including print density, print speed, and nozzle settings.

4.2. Printing Process

Once your content is ready on the screen:

1. Ensure the ink cartridge is properly installed and the printer is charged.
2. Select the "Print" option on the screen.
3. Position the printer's roller gently against the surface you wish to print on.
4. Press the print trigger button and smoothly glide the printer across the surface. The printer's internal roller will guide the movement and ensure consistent printing.
5. For best results, maintain a steady hand and consistent speed.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Phezer PC11 Plus Mini Inkjet Printer, especially the quick-drying ink cartridge.

• Ink Cartridge Care: The quick-drying ink can dry out rapidly if exposed to air. Always cover the ink cartridge immediately after use and when not in the printer. Never store the cartridge in the printer for extended periods when not in active use.
• Cleaning the Print Head: If you notice streaky prints or gaps, the print head may be partially clogged. Gently wipe the print head with a lint-free cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol.
