To maximize battery life, avoid exposing the device to high temperatures, especially during charging. Do not leave the device continuously plugged in after it is fully charged for prolonged periods.

Periodically check for firmware updates through the web management interface. Updates can improve performance, add new features, and enhance security.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Internet Connection

  • Check if the SIM card is properly inserted and activated.
  • Verify that you have an active data plan with your mobile operator.
  • Check the signal strength indicator on the router's display. If signal is weak, try moving to an area with better reception.
  • Restart the router and your connected device.

It is normal for the device to warm up during operation, especially during heavy use or charging. However, if the device becomes excessively hot and performance degrades (e.g., internet disconnects, charging stops), take the following steps:

  • Disconnect the charger if it's plugged in.
  • Power off the device and allow it to cool down in a well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid placing the device on soft surfaces that can block ventilation.
  • If overheating persists, contact customer support.

6.3 Battery Not Charging or Draining Quickly

  • Ensure you are using the original charger and USB cable provided with the device.
  • Check the charging port for any debris or damage.
