Introduction

This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your AWOW HA7 Mini PC. Setup Guide

1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:

Inspect the Mini PC for any visible damage. If any components are missing or damaged, contact AWOW customer support immediately.

2. Connecting Peripherals

Connect your monitor, keyboard, and mouse to the appropriate ports on the Mini PC. The HA7 supports triple display output via USB4, HDMI 2.1, and DP 2.1 ports.

3. Powering On

Connect the power adapter to the Type-C power supply port on the rear of the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a power outlet. Press the power button on the front panel to turn on the device. The power indicator light will illuminate.

4. Initial Windows 11 Pro Setup

Upon first boot, the system will guide you through the Windows 11 Pro setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure language, region, network settings, and user accounts. Ensure you have an active internet connection for Windows activation and updates.

The AWOW HA7 Mini PC is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS processor and AMD Radeon 780M graphics, providing robust performance for various applications, including:

Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating, regularly clean the exterior of the Mini PC with a soft, dry cloth. Use compressed air to clear dust from the ventilation openings. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.

Software Updates

Regularly check for and install Windows updates and driver updates for your components (graphics, chipset, etc.). This ensures system stability, security, and optimal performance.

Upgrading RAM and SSD

The AWOW HA7 Mini PC allows for RAM and SSD upgrades. The RAM can be upgraded up to 64GB via dual channel DDR5 slots, and the SSD can be upgraded up to 2TB via M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD ports. Please note that the 7840HS model does not support external 2.5-inch SATA hard drives.

Troubleshooting
