1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the OREiN Smart Flood Light. This intelligent outdoor lighting solution offers adjustable color temperature (2700K-6500K), dimmable brightness (1%-100%), and smart control via a Bluetooth-connected app. Designed for enhanced security and convenience, it features a 180° motion sensor and IP65 waterproof rating, making it ideal for various outdoor applications.

Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation to ensure proper use and maximize the product's lifespan.

2. Safety Information

5. Setup and Installation

This flood light is designed for hardwired installation on a standard junction box (not included). Ensure power is OFF before beginning.

5.1 Installation Steps

1. Prepare Wiring: Turn off power at the circuit breaker. Remove the existing fixture if any.
2. Attach Mounting Plate: Fix the provided mounting plate onto your junction box using the supplied screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3. Connect Wires: Connect the flood light's wires to your household wiring. Match the colors: black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and green/bare copper to green/bare copper (ground). Use wire nuts to secure connections.

4. Mount the Light: Align the flood light with the mounting plate and secure it using the provided screws. Ensure a tight fit to prevent water ingress.

5. Adjust Sensor: Adjust the motion sensor's position and settings (TIME, SENS, LUX) as desired.

6. Restore Power: Turn on power at the circuit breaker.

5.2 Initial Power-On

Upon first power-on, the light will enter pairing mode. You can then connect it via the AiDot app.

6. Operating Instructions

The OREiN Smart Flood Light offers both manual and APP control. Smart control is via Bluetooth connection only (no Wi-Fi support).

6.1 APP Control (Bluetooth)

Download the "AiDot" app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to add and control your flood light.

• Brightness Adjustment: Adjust brightness from 1% to 100%.
• Color Temperature Control: Select color temperature between 2700K (warm white) and 6500K (cool white).
• Lighting Modes:
  • Manual Mode: Turn on/off via the app or physical switch.
  • Security Mode: Light turns on when motion is detected.
  • Dimmable Dusk to Dawn Mode: Automatically turns on at dusk with a set brightness (e.g., 30%), then brightens to 100% upon motion detection, and turns off at dawn.
• Timing Functions: Set schedules for automatic on/off times.
• Group Control: Control multiple OREiN smart flood lights simultaneously via the app.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your OREiN Smart Flood Light.

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the light fixture and motion sensor lens with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect the wiring and mounting for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
• No User-Serviceable Parts: The LED light source is integrated and not replaceable. Do not attempt to open the sealed unit.
