4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. There are two charging methods:

  1. Using the Charging Dock: Connect the charging dock to a power source using the provided USB cable. Place the headset onto the dock. The headset will begin charging.
  2. Direct Charging: Connect the USB charging cable directly to the headset's charging port and to a power source.

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The headset offers up to 35 hours of talk time and 40 hours of playtime on a single charge.

4.2 Pairing with Devices

The Delton 50X headset uses Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless connectivity.

  1. Power On: Press and hold the Multi-Functional Button (MFB) until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
  2. Activate Bluetooth: On your device (laptop, PC, smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Select Headset: In your device's Bluetooth settings, search for and select "Delton 50X" from the list of available devices.

The headset can connect to two devices simultaneously and automatically switches between them based on audio activity.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Call Management

  • Answer Call: Short press the MFB.
  • End Call: Short press the MFB during a call.
  • Reject Call: Long press the MFB when an incoming call rings.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the MFB when not on a call.
  • Mute/Unmute Microphone: Short press the MIC button during a call.

5.2 Audio Playback

  • Play/Pause: Short press the MFB when playing music.
  • Next Track: Long press the VOL+ button.
  • Previous Track: Long press the VOL- button.

5.3 Volume Control

  • Increase Volume: Short press the VOL+ button.
  • Decrease Volume: Short press the VOL- button.

5.4 Wearing the Headset

The microphone boom can be rotated 270 degrees, allowing you to wear the headset with the earpiece on either your left or right ear. Adjust the headband for a comfortable and secure fit.
