Setup
Connectivity Modes
The Q1 Pro supports both wireless (Bluetooth 5.1) and wired (USB Type-C) connections, allowing seamless multitasking across up to 3 devices (laptop, phone, tablet).
- Wired Mode: Connect the keyboard to your device using the provided USB Type-C cable.
- Bluetooth Mode: Use the switch on the back of the keyboard to select Bluetooth. Pair with your devices as per standard Bluetooth pairing procedures.
Operating System Layout Switch
The keyboard features a switch to toggle between Mac and Windows layouts, ensuring compatibility and correct key functions for your operating system.

QMK & VIA Programmability
The Keychron Q1 Pro is fully programmable with QMK and VIA software. This allows you to remap any key, create macro commands, shortcuts, or combination keys. Connect the keyboard via USB-C to your device and use the VIA software to customize your keymap. Once programmed in wired mode, the custom keymap will function in both wireless and wired modes across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Programmable Knob
The integrated knob can be programmed via QMK/VIA for various functions, such as volume control, scrolling, or other custom commands, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Hot-Swappable Switches
The Q1 Pro supports hot-swappable 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. This enables customization of typing feel and sound. The pre-lubed Keychron K Pro Brown switches offer tactile responsiveness and a 50-million keystroke lifespan.

PBT Keycaps
The keyboard comes with unique Keychron spherical-angle (KSA profile) double-shot PBT keycaps. These oil-resistant and durable keycaps are designed for long-term use and fine-tuned typing experience.

Double-Gasket Design
